Ordering Memocept through ememocept.com constitutes agreement with these conditions, maintained by Stonebow Distribution Company, LLC for the 2026 production cycle.

1. The offer

Three Memocept packs are offered: 2 bottles at $158, 3 at $207, 6 at $294, each with the shipping treatment shown at checkout. Prices are set per production cycle; the price at the moment of order is the price honored.

2. Payment and checkout

Payment is collected by the authorized checkout partner named during checkout. The desk never requests payment details by email or phone; treat any such request as fraudulent and report it to [email protected].

3. Product status

Memocept is a dietary supplement. Statements on this portal have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and the product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Information pages are educational and are not medical advice.

4. Permitted use

The portal's content, lot records, and imagery may not be scraped for resale listings or used to advertise product obtained outside the authorized channel. Marketplace listings invoking this portal's records are unauthorized.

5. Liability

To the extent state law allows, Stonebow's liability is limited to the amount paid for the order concerned. Nothing in these terms limits rights that South Dakota consumer law grants and does not permit to be waived.

6. Accuracy and availability

The desk keeps prices, lot records, and Memocept stock status current, but a static page can lag a warehouse by hours; where checkout and a content page disagree, checkout is authoritative. Obvious typographical errors in pricing do not form a contract. The portal may be briefly unavailable for maintenance, and the desk owes no compensation for reading downtime, only for order commitments already accepted.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Dakota; venue for disputes lies in the courts of Pennington County. If a clause fails, the remainder stands.
