Memocept delivery: times, tracking, and returns
Parcels dispatch from Rapid City, South Dakota within one business day of the order. Typical US transit runs three to six business days, tracked door to door, with the tracking number emailed the evening of dispatch.
Shipping rates
- 2-bottle pack: $9.99 flat US shipping.
- 3-bottle and 6-bottle packs: free US shipping.
- Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories: same rates, allow two to four extra transit days.
- International shipping is not offered this cycle; the 2026 authorization covers the United States.
If the parcel stalls
Tracking that stops moving for more than three business days gets a trace opened by the desk; email [email protected] with the order number. Lost parcels are reshipped from the same Memocept lot at no cost once the carrier confirms the loss, usually inside a week.
Wrong address or refused delivery
Address corrections are free before dispatch and impossible after, so check the confirmation email the moment it arrives. Refused or unclaimed parcels return to the warehouse automatically; the desk refunds the product price once they arrive, per the refund rules.
Returns under the guarantee
Guarantee returns follow the 60-day process: request the reference code first, then ship to the address the desk provides. Return postage is the buyer's; everything else about the Memocept price comes back. Pack rates and totals sit on the pricing page, and the order desk on the Memocept official website.
Arrival checklist
Open the outer parcel, not the bottle seals, and check three things before anything else: the bottle count matches the pack you ordered, the printed lot code matches R26-MEM-0512 on the verification page, and every shrink seal is intact. A damaged-in-transit parcel photographed within 48 hours is replaced without a return; after that window the carrier stops accepting damage claims, so the desk cannot either. Storage once opened is unfussy: room temperature, lid tight, away from a steamy bathroom shelf, and the capsules hold to the date printed on the bottle base.
