Privacy notice
Stonebow Distribution Company, LLC operates ememocept.com, the ordering portal for Memocept in the US. This notice explains what the portal handles and what it deliberately does not.
What we collect
Order data (name, shipping address, email, phone, pack chosen), delivery events from the carrier, and any correspondence you send the desk. That is the complete list; the portal sets no advertising trackers and runs no analytics profiles on Memocept readers.
What we never see
Card numbers. Payment is processed entirely by the authorized checkout partner on its own secured systems; the desk receives a confirmation and the last four digits only.
How data is used
To fulfill and track orders, to honor the guarantee, to match a bottle to lot R26-MEM-0512 when you ask, and to answer support email. The desk sends no marketing newsletters and sells no lists, in any direction, to anyone.
Retention
Order records are kept for the statutory commercial period in South Dakota, then purged. Support threads are deleted eighteen months after the last message.
Your choices
Email [email protected] to request a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion beyond what bookkeeping law requires us to keep. Requests close within 30 days.
Third parties
Exactly three touch Memocept order data: the checkout partner (payment), the shipping carrier (delivery), and the email provider (support). Each processes data under its own security obligations and only for its function.
Cookies
The portal sets no advertising or analytics cookies. The only client-side storage used is a session flag that remembers you dismissed the offer bar, and it evaporates when the browser tab closes. No consent banner is shown because there is nothing to consent to.
Security and breach notice
Order records live on access-controlled systems reachable by the fulfillment team only. In the event of a breach affecting Memocept buyers, the desk notifies affected email addresses within 72 hours of confirmation, alongside the notification duties South Dakota law imposes. This notice was last revised in August 2026 and changes are dated here rather than applied silently.
